Contract Negotiations
I will be sure when negotiating the terms regarding Lifetime Studios buying the rights to my as-of-yet-unpublished novel (crossed-fingers!) that the contract states clearly that at any point in time after this agreement takes effect that whenever the movie is either named or referred to verbally, in print or by any other means of communication that the following words serve as its title
“Mediocrity” based on the novel “But I Got All A’s in Kindergarten” by Quartz, an author writing under a pseudonym and soaking the for all it’s worth.
